With origins in Haiti and domestically, Influencers' newest "† (just the cross)" is being unveiled today. While helping with the feeding efforts of Convoy of Hope in Haiti, the song was born post seeing a literal cross on the Haitian hilltop. The diversity-filled, Aussie worship group finished the track while on retreat in their adopted home of Georgia. The track was two years in the making with the sovereignty and simplicity of the cross being at the core of the song. "† (just the cross)" precedes Easter and an expected full length album due out later this spring.
Speaking to its resonance, the song has spurred "† (just the cross)" sessions around their adopted hometown of Atlanta where the group bring worship into casual settings like coffee shops.
